Furthermore, there is no chance of soreness or irritation resulting from friction, which is common with metal braces. Each person has a unique situation, and so our Invisalign Palmdale is suited to that. You'll wear a different set of aligners every two weeks, with each made to serve a specific role in moving your teeth into a more ideal position. The total number of aligners needed to complete the process varies. You may need as few as 12 sets, or as many as 48, though many people fall somewhere between those two numbers. Metal braces are fixed and can only be removed by our dentist. But you can take out your aligners. And you should do so when you eat, brush, and floss. Because of that, you won't be restricted at all in terms of the foods you can eat during your treatment. And your oral hygiene will be better without any obstacles in the way. And since each set of aligners is already calibrated properly, you won't have to keep coming in for adjustments as with metal braces. Just one visit each six weeks is sufficient.
